PGA US Open 1996 Oakland Hills Wrist Watch Stainless Tradition Continues Golf

A US Open Watch. It does not appear to be working.
CONDITION:  In nice shape, though used, so not pristine or perfect. Some surface scratches, general signs of wear and some discoloration. The leather band is worn, cracking and faded in spots. Please see the photos for the best idea of condition.
I purchase all of my items at auctions, estate sales and flea markets so cannot be sure of their history or whether they've come from smoke-free or pet-free homes.  I do my best to list any damage or use, but I'm not an expert.  So if there's something specific you need to know before bidding, please ask.
