    Description

Another W7RY Circuit Board for the Heathkit SB-220!
A rectifier and metering resistor circuit board for the Heathkit SB-220, SB-221 and the Heathkit HL-2200 linear amplifier.
The board also has several components to help in protecting the meters and other parts in case of a shorted tube event, or arc flash inside of a tube.
The board DOES NOT include a zener diode for bias.
You use your stock zener diode that is already in the amplifier
or the W7RY QSK board which is available in my other auctions.
It uses 1N5408 diodes which are 1000PIV @ 3Amp for high voltage rectifiers.
The 14ea 1 Megohm high voltage metering resistors should be 1% for best HV meter accuracy.
As you can see from the pictures, I provided a location for C7, the .001 6KV capacitor that normally is "hanging" between the HV feed-through and ground.
Parts list and instructions are sent via email
    after
your purchase when you email me which is shown above. My "callbook" address works well too.
This auction is for a HIGH-QUALITY PC
    board only
    as shown.
All parts are available from Mouser. The parts list is included on the schematic which also has installation notes. This is not a kit. It is a bare circuit board only.
You must email me at the address shown in the pictures,
so I can send your documentation. Please include your eBay ID in your email.
Please don't email me through eBay! I cannot send it though the eBay email system because it does not allow attachments!
    If you have
    questions
    , please email me
    directly, not through eBay.
